I know this is short notice- but can you make me a cake for tomorrow??

We are a custom order bakery. This means that we delicately handcraft the perfect cake, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. This process is an art and can take time. We ask that you give a minimum of one week notice to ensure we will have enough time to provide you with a quality, pretty as a picture, delicious dessert. Feel free to reach out to us, because we might be able to make you special cupcakes or cookies instead!

Why do I have to prepay for my order?

Thank you for ordering from us! Because we are a small business, making orders that are cancelled last second have a huge impact on us. If you need to cancel your order and would like a refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled pick up day.

Orders under $100 must be paid for in full at time of order. For orders over $100 a 50% deposit must be paid at time of order.

I tried calling the shop, but no-one answered?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! Our hands were probably covered in sugar or flour or something of the sort. Since this is a small family run business, we all pitch in during the week to bake and design the yummy treats. This means that we can’t always stop to answer the phone. Please leave us a message or send an email to orders@kissedcupcakes.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Can you make a cake with a specific logo?

While we strive to make unique cakes that match your celebration’s theme as closely as possible, there are logos that are trademarked. While we can’t recreate these specific logos, we would be happy to match the colors or make something similar enough to get the point across!

Do you have gluten free options?

We have gluten friendly options. This means that we make cakes and cupcakes without gluten products in the ingredients. However, all of the cakes are made in the same facility as MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, SOY, PEANUTS, and TREE NUTS. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may affect specific food allergies. If you have a severe allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products.

Do you have vegan options?

Unfortunately we don’t have vegan options at this time. Maybe we can grow into that in the future!
